Hi, I’m Beth Barkley — a real estate agent, brokerage administrator, and transaction coordinator based in South Carolina.

After years of working behind the scenes in real estate, I realized one thing very quickly: most agents are juggling far too many moving pieces without a clear system to keep everything organized.

Between contracts, deadlines, client communication, spreadsheets, emails, checklists, compliance, and day-to-day business management, it’s easy for things to feel scattered and overwhelming.

Every spreadsheet, checklist, email template, guide, and form inside these systems was created from hands-on experience working through real transactions, real timelines, and real client situations.

My goal is simple:

A Little About Me

Outside of real estate, I enjoy hiking, horseback riding, rock crawling, collecting seashells, and spending time with my family — especially my granddaughter.

I’m also proud to come from a military family. My husband served 39 years in the Army, and that experience shaped a lot of the way I approach business: stay organized, be dependable, communicate clearly, and take care of people well.
